- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Shred the zucchini and squeeze out any excess moisture.
- In a bowl, mix together zucchini, egg, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Shape the mixture into tablespoon-sized balls and place them on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden and firm.
Notes
Serve with marinara sauce or ranch dip for extra flavor. Swap breadcrumbs with almond flour for a low-carb version. These bites can also be air-fried at 375°F (190°C) for 10–12 minutes for an even crispier finish.
