  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp poppy seeds

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, combine pineapple, kiwi, mandarin oranges, and pomegranate seeds.
  2. In a small bowl, mix lemon or lime juice, maple syrup, and poppy seeds.
  3. Pour the dressing over the fruit and gently toss to coat.
  4. Garnish with mint leaves if you like.

Notes
