Method
- Warm the tortillas slightly in a dry skillet or microwave for about 10 seconds to make them more pliable.
- Lay each tortilla flat on a clean surface.
- Spread 2 tablespoons of ranch dressing across the center of each tortilla.
- Layer each with shredded lettuce, turkey slices, a slice of cheddar cheese, tomato slices, and 2 strips of crispy turkey .
- Sprinkle a little garlic powder and black pepper over the fillings for extra flavor.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll up tightly from the bottom into a wrap.
- Slice each wrap in half diagonally and serve immediately, or wrap in parchment for a to-go meal.
Notes
Swap ranch with avocado ranch or chipotle mayo for a flavor twist. Use whole wheat tortillas for extra fiber, or substitute turkey with chicken for variety. Wrap tightly in parchment paper for a great grab-and-go meal.
