Turkey Ranch Club Wrap

These Turkey Ranch Club Wraps are the perfect quick lunch or light dinner — filled with turkey, crispy , cheddar cheese, fresh veggies, and a creamy ranch dressing all wrapped in a soft tortilla. Easy to make, portable, and delicious!

Ingredients
  

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 lb sliced turkey breast (deli-style or freshly roasted)
  • 8 slices turkey , cooked until crispy
  • 4 slices sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 large tomato, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup shredded romaine lettuce
  • 0.5 cup ranch dressing
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Equipment

  • skillet or microwave for warming tortillas
  • knife for slicing tomatoes and wraps
  • cutting board
  • serving plates or parchment paper

Method
 

  1. Warm the tortillas slightly in a dry skillet or microwave for about 10 seconds to make them more pliable.
  2. Lay each tortilla flat on a clean surface.
  3. Spread 2 tablespoons of ranch dressing across the center of each tortilla.
  4. Layer each with shredded lettuce, turkey slices, a slice of cheddar cheese, tomato slices, and 2 strips of crispy turkey .
  5. Sprinkle a little garlic powder and black pepper over the fillings for extra flavor.
  6. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll up tightly from the bottom into a wrap.
  7. Slice each wrap in half diagonally and serve immediately, or wrap in parchment for a to-go meal.

Notes

Swap ranch with avocado ranch or chipotle mayo for a flavor twist. Use whole wheat tortillas for extra fiber, or substitute turkey with chicken for variety. Wrap tightly in parchment paper for a great grab-and-go meal.
