- In a large bowl, mix the whipped topping, sour cream (or Greek yogurt), and vanilla extract.
- Stir in the dry strawberry gelatin until well combined.
- Gently fold in the sliced strawberries, crushed pineapple, mini marshmallows, and chopped nuts (if using).
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let the flavors blend. Serve chilled and enjoy!
Notes
For extra tang, use Greek yogurt instead of sour cream. Add nuts for crunch or leave them out for a nut-free version. This salad is best enjoyed the same day but can be made a few hours ahead and chilled until serving.
