- Brown ground beef in a skillet. Drain excess fat.
- Add beef and all other ingredients to a slow cooker. Stir well.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours. Serve with shredded cheese and sour cream.
Notes
Top with shredded cheese, sour cream, or chopped green onions for extra flavor. You can also add jalapeƱos for a spicier version. This chili freezes well for meal prep.
