Ingredients
  

  • 1 package refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni slices (optional)
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough onto a floured surface.
  3. Spread marinara sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a border around the edges.
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce, then layer with pepperoni slices (if using).
  5. Sprinkle Italian seasoning over the cheese and top with grated Parmesan.
  6. Roll up the dough tightly, then slice it into 1-inch pieces.
  7. Place the slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Drizzle olive oil over the top and sprinkle with more Italian seasoning and Parmesan.
  9. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
  10. Serve with extra marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

Try adding different toppings like cooked sausage, mushrooms, or olives for variety. For a crispier crust, brush the dough with garlic butter before baking. Serve warm with extra marinara or ranch dipping sauce.
