- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough onto a floured surface.
- Spread marinara sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a border around the edges.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce, then layer with pepperoni slices (if using).
- Sprinkle Italian seasoning over the cheese and top with grated Parmesan.
- Roll up the dough tightly, then slice it into 1-inch pieces.
- Place the slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle olive oil over the top and sprinkle with more Italian seasoning and Parmesan.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
- Serve with extra marinara sauce for dipping.
