Ingredients
  

  • 3.4 oz vanilla instant pudding mix (dry, not prepared)
  • 20 oz crushed pineapple, undrained (1 large can)
  • 2 cans mandarin oranges, drained (reserve a few for topping)
  • 8 oz Cool Whip (regular, fat-free, or whipped style)

Method
 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the dry pudding mix with the entire can of undrained crushed pineapple. Stir until well blended and slightly thickened.
  2. Gently fold in the drained mandarin oranges and the Cool Whip until everything is fully incorporated and fluffy.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let flavors blend and mixture firm up.
  4. Scoop into bowls or cups. Top with reserved mandarin slices for a vibrant finish. Enjoy cold!

Notes

For best results, chill at least 1 hour before serving. Try topping with shredded coconut, mini marshmallows, or chopped pecans for extra texture. Use sugar-free pudding and light Cool Whip for a lighter version.
