Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Drain crab meat and chop green onions.
- In a bowl, combine cream cheese, crab, mozzarella, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, sesame oil, and white pepper until well mixed.
- Spoon filling into crescent roll dough cups. Seal edges tightly and place seam-side down. Brush tops with beaten egg and sprinkle with panko breadcrumbs.
- Bake 18–20 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm.
Notes
Use real crab meat instead of imitation for an elevated version. You can also air-fry instead of baking at 375°F for 12–14 minutes. Serve warm with sweet chili sauce or soy dipping sauce.
