Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8–10 biscuits)
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp dried parsley

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in cheddar cheese and let cool slightly.
  4. Flatten each biscuit into a circle. Place a spoonful of beef mixture in the center and fold dough over, pinching edges to seal.
  5. Place seam side down on prepared baking sheet.
  6. Mix melted butter, parmesan, and parsley, then brush over the tops of each bomb.
  7. Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  8. Serve warm with dipping sauces like ketchup, ranch, or spicy mayo.
