Ingredients

  • 20 oz pineapple chunks, with juice (1 can)
  • 15 oz mandarin oranges, drained (1 can)
  • 0.75 lb green grapes, halved
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 16 oz strawberries, sliced
  • 3.4 oz vanilla instant pudding mix (1 small box, Jell-O recommended)
  • Optional: other fruits of choice (blueberries, kiwi, apples, etc.)

Equipment

  • Large mixing bowl
  • Mixing spoon
  • refrigerator

Method

  1. Mix the pineapple chunks with their juice and the pudding mix in a large bowl until creamy.
  2. Stir in the mandarin oranges, grapes, strawberries, and bananas until evenly coated.
  3. Refrigerate until chilled, but serve soon after to avoid browning bananas. It's also delicious served immediately!

Notes

Best served chilled but not stored too long, as bananas brown quickly. For variation, try adding blueberries, kiwi, or apples. Sugar-free pudding works well for a lighter version.
