  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2 tbsp butter

Method
 

  1. Place zucchini, onion, and chicken broth in the crockpot. Cook on low for 6 hours until the vegetables are tender.

  3. Stir the creamy mixture into the crockpot, mix well, and serve warm.

Notes

For a lighter version, swap heavy cream for half-and-half or coconut milk. Add fresh herbs like dill or basil for extra flavor. This soup can also be blended smooth if you prefer a velvety texture.
