  • 0.25 cup Kalamata olives
  • 0.25 cup green olives
  • 0.5 cup feta cheese, cubed
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 0.25 tsp dried oregano
  • salt & pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Equipment

  • Large mixing bowl
  • knife and cutting board
  • Measuring spoons
  • salad tongs or serving spoon

Method

  1. Slice the cucumbers and red onion. Halve the cherry tomatoes. Cube the feta cheese.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cucumber, cherry tomatoes, red onion, Kalamata olives, and green olives. Add the cubed feta cheese.
  3. Sprinkle the salad with dried oregano, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil

Notes

Use the freshest vegetables for the best flavor. Traditional Greek salad doesn’t include lettuce. For a heartier version, add grilled chicken or serve with warm pita bread. Adjust olive quantities based on preference.
