Ingredients
  

  • 2 cans refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1 lb ground sausage (mild or spicy)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash, optional)

Method
 

  1. In a skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until fully browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. In a bowl, combine cooked sausage, cream cheese, mozzarella, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Stir until creamy.
  3. Roll out crescent dough and separate into triangles. Place a spoonful of filling at the wide end of each.
  4. Roll crescents tightly and place on a greased baking tray. Brush with egg wash if desired for golden shine.
  5. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15–18 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Serve warm with dipping sauces like ranch, marinara, or garlic butter.
