Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 24 oz jar marinara sauce
  • 1 cup cooked ground beef or sausage (optional)
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions, drain, and let cool slightly.
  3. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  4. Stir in marinara sauce and optional cooked meat.
  5. Toss cooked spaghetti with sauce mixture and half of the mozzarella cheese.
  6. Transfer mixture into a greased casserole dish and spread evenly.
  7. Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake for 25–30 minutes, until bubbly and golden on top.
  9. Let cool slightly, garnish with parsley if desired, and serve warm.

Notes

You can swap ground beef with sausage or leave the casserole vegetarian. Make it ahead of time and refrigerate, then bake when ready to serve. Add spinach or mushrooms for extra veggies. Best served with garlic bread and salad.
